Since I have been participating in the Tim Holtz 12 Tags of 2015 project, I decided to make an album to house my ATCs (that is what I am making instead of tags). I initially glued the Jan and Feb ATCs in a Smash book, but the more I thought about it, the more I didn't want them glued down. I told myself I should have made pockets or something-- so why not their own album? Here is the cover.
The pages each have a paper sleeve for the ATCs, and I glued the matching inchie to that. I had bought these treat bags, thinking I could use them for making gift card holders, but they were too big. They work great here, and there were 12 of them! Serendipitous!!
I have all the pages made and cut the back cover. I haven't decorated that yet. I'm thinking I should do that last (?).
Coincidentally enough, Deb at Paxton Valley Folk Art posted an Tim tag album she made yesterday. Pop over and take a look-- it's gorgeous!
Thanks for viewing and have a good day!
Diane that is fabulous! Love that you've personalized the front cover with Lydia's picture and your initials and adding the inchie to the front of the sleeve holding your ATC's is inspired! Wonderful job my friend, I love it :O)
ReplyDeleteGreat idea..You're so clever..good job!!
ReplyDeleteThe pockets are perfect for your ATCs! I put a few in my Smash journal for tags. I like to pull them out and look at them. You are so talented my friend! Maybe I need to get my journal out again! lol Hugs, Diane
ReplyDeleteThis is going to be a cute one!
ReplyDeleteI like it already.

Popping over to see the tag album...
hope all is well with you!
