First Snow of the Season

Friday night and all day Saturday we had our first snowfall of the season. And it was a "good" one too; about five inches for us which was on the low side. Some areas had as much as seventeen inches! Chicagoland set a new record for the biggest first snowfall.

This was shot Saturday morning. You can see our jack-o-lantern from Halloween in the upper right corner.

Here is the same shot Sunday morning-- where'd that jack-o-lantern go??

So what do you do when the weather outside is frightful? Stay in and make Christmas tags while listening to Christmas music.

Hope your weekend weather was more tolerable! Have a good day!

  1. We were under a snowfall for a couple of days, all we got was about 5 cm. and now it's supposed to rain later in the week, so it'll be gone!

Of course, your tags are gorgeous, Diane!! As is all your crafty work!!
