Winter Returneth

Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday morning we got about an inch and a half of the white stuff.

Some of my dogs' tracks.

My daughter's "perfect," as she called it, snow angel.  Actually it is a good one.

I think my jonquils that poked up their heads after a recent (and unseasonable) warm spell are now regretting their hatsy decision.

I'm linking to "No More Winter Whining" at Life Is Like A Garden.  Thanks, ladies!

Enjoy!

  2. Snow looks so pretty on the trees and the gardens. Would it be whining if I said not on the streets or sidewalks please.
I agree with your daughter. A perfect 10 snow angel.

  3. I like your one or two inches of snow photos! Tell your daughter it was a perfect snow angel!

I hope the jonquils will still make it to "bloom."

  4. Hello,
I found you throught No Winter Whining linkup. Great pictures! Those jonquils are pretty tough, I bet. The green poking up through the snow leaves you with some hope for spring, doesn't it? I've just barely got crocuses coming up now.
