Tie One On

Another paper challenge submission today. This tag is for Unruly Paper Arts.  The theme is "Tie One On," meaning add a bow to your project.  Easter is not too far off. I found the lamb and sentiment at The Graphics Fairy.  Nice old-fashioned look.

    This is such a pretty tag! Do you cut the base tag out manually, or do you use a cutter/embosser? Cheers~
