TT/Sea Birds

"Sea Birds" is the Tag Tuesday theme this week.  Foregoing the "don't work too hard for July" mode of last week, I hauled out the watercolors and painted a pelican.

I mounted it to yellow cardstock and added a touch of ribbon.
