February Snow

Here is a little tour of the winter wonderland, formally known as northern Illinois. These were all shot this morning.

Yes, it is pretty... until you have to shovel it or drive in it.  Have a nice afternoon!

  1. A big change over yesterday. Bright and clear, but oh so cold.

  4. We don't get snow (much) here on the Gulf Coast, so I think these photos are just beautiful. Stay warm!

  5. You have way more snow than we do - we haven't had a big storm yet this year!!!

  6. Looks like you got a wee bit of snow! Careful shoveling, hopefully it will start melting soon.

  7. Our places look so similar! I think we got a foot of snow during this same storm. And then the wind came up and it drifted. I had to shovel (or use the snowblower) 3 times in 2 days just to keep up.
