What A Crock

Years ago, I painted a folksy version on my then dog on a crock.  After that, my sister had me paint her pets on crocks too (Dauer was half mine and quite a dog!).

The only animal I had yet to immortalize was her horse.  It took me over a year to find a crock-- got this one at a thrift store.  Guess I should have ordered some cheese spread myself!  Anyway, I finally painted a certain bay Quarter Horse late last year.

Happy Saturday, folks!

  2. Your painted crocks led me to your Etsy shop, which led to discovering the meaning of ACEO -- something I never heard of before. Wonderful stuff!

  6. I'm a "wow-er" too! They're all great but I love the horse especially. What a wonderful job you did and, from having tried to draw them, I know horses legs are not easy. You do lovely work!
